Transformers

  • Oil transformer
    Oil transformers
TGOOD Corporation uses advanced AI software to design and calculate its products, including transformers. Oil transformers are available in three versions for 10, 24, 35 kV.

    The equipment complies with the latest standards GB1094.1 - 2-2013, GB1094.3- 2003, GB1094.5 - 2003 and IEC - 60076.
TGOOD Corporation transformers have low loss, low noise, are extremely resistant to short circuits and leaks, and do not have a lifting core, which simplifies maintenance and increases service life.

    Key product features:
    • Steel core
The steel core has a three-phase three-column structure, the material is sheet silicon steel with high magnetic conductivity, the surface is coated with 7110 series adhesive. The solid frame formed by the core and clamps is completely filled with stepped blocks - this prevents the iron core from mechanical fatigue, and also increases its impact resistance and stability. A special shock-absorbing block ensures low noise during transformer operation. Filleting is actively used in the manufacture of the steel core.
    • Winding and insulation
High-quality oxygen-free copper is used for the manufacture of the winding, which effectively reduces eddy current losses, reduces heat dissipation, and increases the winding's ability to withstand short circuits. The low-voltage winding is located inside the high-voltage winding. Each winding has a separate oil channel for cooling.
    • Case
After the winding of the product is completed, it undergoes high-quality drying in special installations, which guarantees high-quality shrinkage of the insulation (reduces the chances of short circuits). The absence of a lifting core is compensated by a well-thought-out fastening scheme, which also guarantees the absence of any displacement of the product or its individual components during operation.
    • Oil tank
Shot blasting technology is used to polish the body of the oil tank, which allows to greatly improve the quality of the surface, which in turn reduces paint adhesion and increases heat dissipation. Automatic submerged arc welding in combination with gas welding is used for welding seams. The quality of all seams is checked by gas diffusion and fluorescence spectroscopy methods.

  • Dry transformer
    Dry transformers
Dry transformers are available in 10, 24, 35 kV versions. The absence of oil significantly simplifies operation, speeds up and reduces the cost of production.

    Key features of the products:
High ability to withstand short circuits
Copper foil along the entire length of the low-voltage windings, impregnated with a special resin, reduces the likelihood and strength of short circuits to a minimum. During a short circuit, the resin melts at 800C and re-solidifies at 1300C, which binds the foil into a single cast structure, increasing resistance to short-circuit forces.
The high-voltage winding protection consists of a reinforced glass mesh on both the inside and outside of the winding, which improves mechanical strength and preserves the main characteristics of the winding during a short circuit. • Low partial discharge value
High precision of manufacturing of transformer elements, as well as non-standard technological methods (vacuum casting, impregnation with epoxy resin without air bubbles, rounding of individual elements) allow to achieve a partial discharge value of less than 5 pC.
    • First-class protection against atmospheric discharges
The high-voltage winding has a series capacitance of individual disks, which effectively prevents breakdown during lightning strikes.
    • Ability to withstand high overloads due to thermal effects
The forced cooling system has a huge safety margin and several operating modes (the cooling intensity can be safely increased by 40% of the nominal value over a long period of time).
    • Low dielectric aging
The phase voltage is uniformly distributed over the height of the winding, which results in the absence of a special area in which the insulating material easily ages and deteriorates.
