TGOOD is one of the few companies on the world market that produces serial mobile substations for use in mines, construction sites and for emergency situations.

The substation is manufactured on a truck basis - it includes all the necessary components from cables to a transformer. A high degree of automation allows the use of semi-skilled personnel and protects against most errors during quick installation, remote control and diagnostics of the system are also possible. The substation can be deployed and connected to the network in 2 - 3 hours.

The substation can be made in a low-, medium- and high-voltage version. The size and number of chassis used (1 or 2) depend on this. Key features of the complex:

• Special anti-corrosion treatment and high-quality insulation guarantee the service life of the main components of the substation up to 10-20 years in the harshest conditions

The 252 kV truck substation consists of two trailers, the first one carries a 252 kV hybrid gas-insulated switchgear (HGIS) module, a transformer module and a 17.5 kV distribution module. The second trailer carries a prefabricated 17.5 kV switching substation (The first trailer, including the HGIS, can also be divided into two independent trailers if necessary). .

The design includes elements with anti-vibration protection. Additional insulation layers and special coatings are also used for operation in particularly harsh conditions. Such substations are capable of operating in a temperature range from -60 to + 60 C, at altitudes of up to 3 km and in seismically hazardous areas.
